Site Acquisition Scope generally refers to the set of activities involved in identifying, evaluating, securing, and obtaining
rights to a site for a project, such as telecommunications towers, renewable energy facilities, retail stores, infrastructure, or real estate developments.
Upon completion of the Site Acquisition process, the project will have fully secured, documented, and approved sites ready for engineering design, permitting,
construction, and operational deployment. The acquired sites will meet technical specifications, legal requirements, and business objectives, providing a solid
foundation for successful project implementation and long-term operational sustainability.
1. Site Identification and Selection
- ➤ Conduct site surveys and reconnaissance.
- ➤ Identify potential tower, rooftop, or ground-based locations.
- ➤ Evaluate site suitability based on RF (Radio Frequency) requirements.
- ➤ Verify accessibility, power availability, and transmission feasibility.

2. Landowner and Property Negotiation
- ➤ Coordinate with property owners, building administrators, and government agencies.
- ➤ Negotiate lease agreements and right-of-way permits.
- ➤ Secure consent from landowners and stakeholders.
- ➤ Manage lease renewals and amendments.

3. Permit and Regulatory Compliance
- ➤ Obtain zoning approvals and building permits.
- ➤ Process environmental and local government clearances.
- ➤ Secure permits from utility companies and regulatory authorities.
- ➤ Ensure compliance with national and local telecommunications regulations.

4. Site Survey and Documentation
- ➤ Conduct technical site surveys (TSS).
- ➤ Gather GPS coordinates and site measurements
- ➤ Prepare site acquisition packages and reports.
- ➤ Document existing site conditions through photographs and sketches.
